![]() THINK LIKE A BOSS An entrepreneur can be defined by how he or she thinks but don’t
have their own business. Organizations may have to allow their leaders to challenge
the way things have been done in order to foster an environment that will engage others, drive change, and result in more productivity. Here are a few nuggets to stimulate positive progression in any organization large or small: SUPPORT- Entrepreneurs need executive
sponsorship from the top and the sponsorship need the ideas from aspiring
entrepreneurs TESTED APPROACH- It’s not enough to say “let’s
think different” it has to be a theory or practice in place that can help in
facilitating change TRUST-Organizations must give their leadership
team the freedom to take risks and make decisions knowing that with some of the
risks there will also be failed attempts that will result in lessons. This will
also encourage employees to act and think like owners ~Forbes 2014 |
