Most people have a desire to connect with their true soul mate. They want to experience that unconditional passion, fire, desire, and fearless love. They want to be with that one person that stimulates and lights up their life. When this happen you will not have to give up what you love to connect with them… So why not start with the best relationship...the one with becoming a better YOU!!

When you truly love you, that’s when you will discover your true soul mate. Why? Because when you love yourself, you will do things for yourself that make you the best version of YOU. You will sparkle, shine, radiate and you will attract. Your soul mate will love you for that same reason. Don’t ever let go of what makes you the best YOU. (Jenna Phillips)

Learning to love you first is the best relationship ever... Do what makes you happy and makes your soul glow and grow. When you neglect your soul you will end up lost. Sometimes this will require pruning off things that no longer creates value for you.

A lack of identity will cause you to accept what you really need to eliminate. Your ability to draw clear, hard lines for what you will & will not tolerate is an act of love of yourself & others

What a masterpiece you are and you will become when you are connected with the right one. #keepgrowingingrace

Top 10 Reasons Why We Should Smile

by Mark Stibich, Ph.D.

1. Smiling Makes Us Attractive
We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away -- but a smile draws them in (avoid these smile aging habits to keep your smile looking great).

2. Smiling Changes Our Mood
Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.

3. Smiling Is Contagious
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.

4. Smiling Relieves Stress
Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.

5. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System
Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling.

6. Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?

7. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.

8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day -- you'll look younger and feel better.

9. Smiling Makes You Seem Successful
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.

10. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

Relationships, Love, and Life

This is very interesting…Such as life….

Few times than often many marry their true heart or soul mate to live out their dreams such as becoming a home owner, having children, etc. and then live happily ever after, even though they may have had to endure trials and tribulations, they both decided it was worth the fight.

On the other hand...

Sometimes life could be very ironic as it relates to love, life, and relationships. A man falls in love with a woman who has everything he wants in a wife but he is not ready for commitment, whereas the woman is and cannot wait but gets married to someone else probably, someone she does not love the way she loves him!

The woman is ready for love and commitment but is approached by the wrong man who do not have the qualities she desires in a mate but they are ready for marriage whereas the right man seems not to be available. This becomes an issue of the right person at the wrong time or the wrong person at the right time.

Or, Sometimes it's not about the right or wrong mate but can you be the right mate at the right time

Such is life, Right?

Nevertheless, God’s grace in a man or woman’s life positions the individual to meet the right person at the right time. Even if you have missed someone you love, another opportunity will be available for you. When God is involved in one's life, He ochestrates events and circumstances to give you the best. Be encouraged and know that God is arranging someone special for you; just be sensitive to discern and discover who he or she is.

So those of you who have found it..cherish it and those who are still waiting...don't give up on love...let it find you...and when it will know...usually when you least expect it

Always remember to #keepgrowingingrace

The Lessons In Letting Go!!

It takes a lot of courage to Let Go.

Letting Go isn't a sign of weakness but a sign of strength.  When we let go, we are simply closing one chapter to begin another.

Some people come in our lives to teach us how to release and let go.

Dropping your child off to their first day of school whether it's elementary or college, a father walking his daughter down the aisle, disconnecting from a relationship that has turned toxic are all forms of letting go.

When letting go, we can reflect on and be thankful for what we had, have, and what's to come.

It doesn't mean that we forget about the lessons, great memories, ignore, or carry negative feelings of anger, rage, or regret.  It has nothing to do with quitting, winning, loosing or rehearsing past hurt.

Instead we aught to cherish the memories, overcome, move on, and embrace our future with confidence and an open mind.

Letting go is more about being thankful for the experiences that made you laugh, cry, develop, and grow.

Let go and grow! #Keepgrowingingrace

We all have areas that we can use improvement in...whether its our attitude, health, relationships, character, our business, ministry or our money... this is essential for growth. ‪#‎KeepGrowingInGrace‬

The bible clearly states that, "A tree is known by it's fruit" so we must be producers of fruit. If your tree is not producing fruit, perhaps it needs to be uprooted. No one wants to eat rotten fruit it will make them sick.
"Grace and religion cannot coexist.  God's true servants and his true leaders live transformed lives by grace, not religion.

The hallmark characteristics of Grace are forgiveness, redemption, kindness, mercy, goodness, non condemnation, love, & newness.
Some of us have killed people with our religion & harsh judgements. Some even have faces of stone to match our hearts of stone.

Nothing will kill & break a non Christian seeking GOD or a new babe in Christ faster than cold, empty, condemning religious people.

A religious man condemns, & is a legalist. A saved man is humble & full of grace because he knows that he too was a sinner in need of mercy!" ~Sophia Nelson

Our actions can do one or the other...Run people away from God or Draw them closer to God..."And above all things have fervent charity (love) among yourselves: for charity (love) shall cover the multitude of sins...As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace  of God" (1 Peter 4:8,10)

God has made us free moral agents...he gave us the right to choose. In fact he created us so that he can have a family to love on and for that same love to be reciprocated back to him and others, not as robots, but in deed and action.

God didn't give us authority over man but dominion over the earth (Genesis 1:26)

Am I am issuing out a license to dishonor God...Absolutely not...We must continue to plant seeds of love, be the sunlight, and allow God, the word, and Holy Spirit to do the convicting, convincing, and cultivating of the ground (heart)!

When conception of the spirit of truth has taken place in a person's will yield a peaceable fruit! Let's all continue to #KeepGrowingInGrace
