Everyone that is a MILLIONAIRE is not rich…SAY WHAT?! Now
that I have your undivided attention let me
explain…You can still have a millionaire mentality without being a millionaire…You can still live your life to the fullest
without missing out on life trying to chase money…Understand that it’s all in your net worth…Here’s
an even bigger NEWSFLASH…you can be a millionaire and someone who is not can
have more with less…it’s all in how you manage your money, time and your life…. so don’t wait until you get there…get there in your mind first…”Beloved, I wish above all
things that you prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers” 3
John 2
Why strive for more when you don't know how to manage less?
Some of us know what it is to be broke busted and disgusted, to
have just enough, and some have even experienced having more than enough...in abundance until it's overflowing...It's safe to say that most of us would agree that having more than enough is the better of the latter...I have learned the way to fight poverty is not by
winning the lottery or a get rich quick scheme, but it's making a decision every day and
being consistent about working towards your goals to achieve financial freedom in a systematic, strategic, and diligent manner. With
"faith and patience you shall inherit the promises" Hebrew 6:12
Another thing they didn’t tell you is that in order to
build wealth you have to increase your income (maybe through various streams)
and reduce your debt…Living from paycheck to paycheck will not do it...Do you have to have those $200 sneakers when you can start
a savings account or purchase some insurance you may need.
You have the keys…you have what it takes…the wisdom is
locked up inside of you...The devil has tried to hide it from you by rearranging your priorities
and infiltrating your mind with fear, doubt, and unbelief. He makes you think
that when something is on sale you have to have it NOW. Another secret he didn’t
tell you is that there will always be good deals…there will always be sales…You need
to stay focus and make sure it's an immediate need when achieving your
financial goals.
One of the most important steps to financial freedom is making
sure your goals and net worth are properly assessed…It may be necessary for you
to meet with a financial advisor/planner of some sort in determining where you
are financially and how to get where you desire to go. Remember it’s a process…so
give yourself time to get there.
So the next time when making financial decisions…you need to
decide do you really need all the channels on cable when you don’t even have adequate
health life or car insurance?
As always #keepgrowingingrace

10 TOP REASONS TO SMILE
by Mark Stibich, Ph.D.
1. Smiling Makes Us
Attractive We are drawn to people
who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and
figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away --
but a smile draws them in (avoid these smile aging habits to keep your smile
looking great).
2. Smiling Changes Our
Mood Next time you are
feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will
change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your
mood.
3. Smiling Is Contagious When someone is smiling
they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier.
A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw
people to you.
4. Smiling Relieves
Stress Stress can really show
up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and
overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress
should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.
5. Smiling Boosts Your
Immune System Smiling helps the immune
system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly
because you are more relaxed. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling.
6. Smiling Lowers Your
Blood Pressure When you smile, there is
a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a
blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then
smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice
a difference?
7. Smiling Releases
Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin Studies have shown that
smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together
these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.
8. Smiling Lifts the
Face and Makes You Look Younger The muscles we use to
smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift,
just try smiling your way through the day -- you'll look younger and feel
better.
9. Smiling Makes You
Seem Successful Smiling people appear
more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be
approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react
to you differently.
 10. Smiling Helps You
Stay Positive
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something
negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending
the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from
depression, stress and worry by smiling.

It takes a lot of courage to Let Go.
Letting Go isn't a sign of weakness but a sign of strength. When we let go, we are simply closing one chapter to begin another.
Some people come in our lives to teach us how to release and let go.
Dropping your child off to their first day of school whether it's elementary or college, a father walking his daughter down the aisle, disconnecting from a relationship that has turned toxic are all forms of letting go.
When letting go, we can reflect on and be thankful for what we had, have, and what's to come.
It doesn't mean that we forget about the lessons, great memories, ignore, or carry negative feelings of anger, rage, or regret. It has nothing to do with quitting, winning, loosing or rehearsing past hurt.
Instead we aught to cherish the memories, overcome, move on, and embrace our future with confidence and an open mind.
Letting go is more about being thankful for the experiences that made you laugh, cry, develop, and grow.
Let go and grow! #Keepgrowingingrace

Had an interesting conversation with a friend and we both
had encounters about the success of our business…No we were not gossiping and
no we didn’t call names...She stated “there are wolves roaming
in sheep's clothing preying upon or trying to prey upon those who are excited
and eager when it comes to their new endeavors. I've been shocked at some of
the so called "great ideas" I've been propositioned with. All with
promises of material wealth. Those tricks don't work on me, but on someone less
experienced and more naive, they do. I don't like to see people positioning
themselves as some fast track ticket or key to success, as if the only way
you'll be successful is if you let them lead the way. I don't like when people
take advantage of the talents, passions and innocence of others. They try to
put stars in your eyes and glittery images...ain't always gold, that's for
sure!” Donloyn Gadson
One thing I stand firm on and was reminded of was that God
said..."Erica you are in control of your own growth and success...in every
aspect of your life including financially"...and I immediately felt
empowered instead of vulnerable...he meant when I was ready for it...it’s right
there…”the right people you need to connect with…they will be in your path…and your growth is not in the hands of anyone cause promotion comes from me (Psalms
75:6)…others can only enhance what I have placed in you”...but he wants us to
be in control of it…so it doesn't become out of control #thankyouJesus #feelingempowered
Make sure you move when you get a peace within yourself so
you will not regret it later unfortunately wolves do disguise themselves in
sheep clothing…and when its meant to happen it will…yes you may need mentoring,
coaching, training, and the right kind of help…but nothing will be able to stop
it except you…at the end of the day it’s your vision so be in control of it and
don’t allow the wolves to cause you to shut out who God has sent to partner
with you #whenpowermeetspotential

We
all have areas that we can use improvement in...whether its our
attitude, health, relationships, character, our business, ministry or
our money... this is essential for growth. #KeepGrowingInGrace
The bible clearly states that, "A tree is known by it's fruit" so we must be producers of fruit. If your tree is not producing fruit, perhaps it needs to be uprooted. No one wants to eat rotten fruit it will make them sick. "Grace and religion cannot coexist. God's true servants and his true leaders live transformed lives by grace, not religion.
The hallmark characteristics of Grace are forgiveness, redemption, kindness, mercy, goodness, non condemnation, love, & newness.
Some of us have killed people with our religion & harsh judgements. Some even have faces of stone to match our hearts of stone.
Nothing will kill & break a non Christian seeking GOD or a new babe
in Christ faster than cold, empty, condemning religious people.
A religious man condemns, & is a legalist. A saved man is humble & full of grace because he knows that he too was a sinner in need of mercy!" ~Sophia Nelson
Our actions can do one or the other...Run people away from God or Draw them closer to God..."And above all things have fervent charity (love) among yourselves: for charity (love) shall cover the multitude of sins...As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God" (1 Peter 4:8,10)
God has made us free moral agents...he gave us the right to choose. In fact he created us so that he can have a family to love on and for that same love to be reciprocated back to him and others, not as robots, but in deed and action.
God didn't give us authority over man but dominion over the earth (Genesis 1:26)
Am I am issuing out a license to dishonor God...Absolutely not...We must continue to plant seeds of love, be the sunlight, and allow God, the word, and Holy Spirit to do the convicting, convincing, and cultivating of the ground (heart)!
When conception of the spirit of truth has taken place in a person's heart...it will yield a peaceable fruit! Let's all continue to #KeepGrowingInGrace
